When you use the quote request form we collect the details you choose to give us.
If you phone or email us directly, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange and carry out work if you go ahead. We do not use them for anything unrelated, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Your enquiry is emailed to Anthony. A copy of the details is also kept in a private log on this website's hosting, and any files you attached are stored there too, so nothing is lost if an email fails to arrive. The copy stored on the website, including any attached files, is deleted automatically after 12 months. If you would like your details deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove them.
We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for their own marketing. It is handled only by the services we need to run the business, such as our website hosting provider and email provider, which process it on our behalf.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records general information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location (suburb or city level). It also records when a quote request is sent and when the phone number or email address is tapped. This information is anonymous, is not used to identify you, and is processed by Google. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
